Tay Ninh Tourism (TN01)

DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – BA DEN MOUNTAIN – TAY NINH HOLY SEE (Eat two meals)

6:30 AM – 7:00 AM: The vehicle and tour guide will pick up guests at the meeting point, beginning the 1-day Tay Ninh tour – a famous spiritual tourist destination. Along the way, the tour guide will introduce guests to Tay Ninh and some landmarks along the route: Thap Bat Phu Vien – Eighteen Villages of Betel Gardens – Cu Chi, the Land of Steel and Bronze.
Guests will have breakfast at a rest stop, enjoying the local specialty, Trang Bang rice noodle soup.

8:30 AM: Arrive in Tay Ninh, guests will depart to visit Ba Den Mountain Tourist Area – Conquering Ba Den Mountain, known as the "roof of Southern Vietnam " (Cable car ticket included in the tour price). Also one of the famous landmarks of Tay Ninh tourism, Sun World Baden Mountain offers two cable car lines to conveniently serve the needs of tourists. Instead of the difficult journey as before, visitors of all ages, from the elderly to young children, can move quickly and easily when visiting Ba Den Mountain.

The Van Son cable car line: transports visitors from the foot of Ba Den Mountain to the summit. It is 2,055.36m long, with an elevation difference of 886m between the departure and arrival stations. It comprises 113 cabins, each with a capacity of 10 people, and has a transport capacity of 4,400 passengers per hour. With a speed of 6m/s, cable car line number 1 shortens the travel time to the 986m high summit of Ba Den Mountain from 2 hours via the treacherous mountain path to just 8 minutes by cable car, fulfilling the desire of visitors of all ages to reach the "roof of Southern Vietnam".

The Chua Hang cable car line: from the foot of the mountain to Ba Den Pagoda, it is 1,246.83m long, with an elevation difference of 259m between the departure and arrival stations. It includes 78 cabins, each with a capacity of 10 people. With a speed of 6m/s, a travel time of only 5 minutes, and a transport capacity of 4,400 passengers per hour, double that of the old cable car line leading to Ba Den Pagoda (which is still in operation), visitors can admire famous temples with unique architectural features such as Ba Tay Ninh Pagoda, Hang Pagoda, Linh Son Phuoc Trung Pagoda, Quan Am Pagoda, etc., along with deep cave systems.
In addition, visitors can enjoy the stunning natural scenery from an altitude of 986m, surrounded by fluffy white clouds, and gaze upon the 72m-tall bronze statue of the Goddess of Mercy, which holds the Guinness Asian record for the tallest bronze statue of the Goddess of Mercy in Asia, located on the mountaintop, and other famous statues.

Guests will enjoy a buffet lunch at Van Son Peak.

Continuing your one-day Tay Ninh tour, you will visit  the Tay Ninh Holy See – a particularly important religious architectural work in the Cao Dai religion. The Tay Ninh Holy See possesses a unique architectural style due to the selective combination of many major religions from around the world such as Buddhism, Confucianism, Christianity, etc., but not based on any complete blueprint.

You will then depart for Ho Chi Minh City. On the way back, you will visit Go Ken Pagoda, also known as Thien Lam Ancient Temple. This is one of the ancient temples in Tay Ninh province, showcasing a blend of ancient and modern Western and Eastern styles. Most notably, the statue of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara riding a dragon is a unique feature found only at Thien Lam Ancient Temple.

6:00 PM – 6:30 PM: End of the one-day Tay Ninh tour . We bid you farewell and look forward to seeing you on future tours.
