4-Day Mekong Delta Tour (tnb/mk4)

DAY 1 SAIGON – MY THO – BEN TRE – DONG THAP – CHAU DOC (Eat three meals a day)

6:00 AM  – 6:30 AM:   A vehicle will pick you up at the designated meeting point and depart for Tien Giang, beginning your 4-day Mekong Delta tour . You will have breakfast in  My Tho , then continue your journey to the 30/04 pier where you will board a boat for a scenic cruise on the river . Upon arrival, you will visit traditional craft villages such as beekeeping and processing of honey products like royal jelly and pollen. You will also visit a coconut candy factory, a rice puff factory, enjoy fresh fruit, and listen to traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music performances  . Here, you can directly observe production models and sample products. Continuing your journey, you will enjoy fresh orchard fruits, drink tea, and listen to unique Southern Vietnamese folk music performances . Afterwards, you will go to the ferry terminal and take a rowboat ( three-leaf boat ) along the canal under the cool shade of coconut trees, admiring the countryside scenery with fruit orchards such as durian, longan, pomelo, sapodilla… You will also have the opportunity to experience a horse-drawn carriage ride along the country roads to the restaurant for your meal…

Guests will enjoy a traditional Southwestern Vietnamese countryside lunch at our restaurant , featuring signature dishes from the Mekong Delta region . You'll find them unique and exceptionally delicious. Additionally, you can enjoy a refreshing drink made from sake leaves…

The boat will take you back to  My Tho pier , then you'll board a vehicle to continue your 4-day Mekong Delta tour, with the next destination being Chau Doc. Along the way, you'll admire the My Thuan Bridge , the most famous bridge in the Mekong Delta. The journey takes you along the Mekong Delta, passing through landmarks in Dong Thap province such as Sa Dec, Lai Vung, Cao Lanh , and the Long Xuyen quadrilateral  … Upon arrival in Chau Doc city, you will check into your hotel.

Upon arrival in Chau Doc , check into your hotel, have dinner, and enjoy a leisurely stroll exploring the city at night. You can also indulge in the famous pomelo sweet soup of An Giang province. We wish you a pleasant evening filled with memorable moments…

DAY 2 CHAU DOC – TRA SU – CAN THO – CRUISE (Eat three meals a day)

After breakfast at the hotel, the next destination on the 4-day Mekong Delta tour is  Mount Sam, visiting the Lady of the Shrine Pagoda, the Thoai Ngoc Hau Mausoleum, and the Tay An Ancient Pagoda . Then, the journey continues towards Tinh Bien along the Vinh Te Canal, passing through the  That Son mountain range – Mount Cam, Mount Ket  , and unique Khmer temples. Upon reaching Nha Bang district , we will enter  the Tra Su Melaleuca Forest . In the morning, we will begin our exploration of the beautiful flooded melaleuca forest ecosystem. We will walk 500 meters from the parking area to the ferry terminal, then take a motorboat for about 10 minutes along the canal through the cool, shady melaleuca forest to the first stop. From there, we will switch to a rowboat – the most enjoyable part of the journey. The rowboat gently glides through the water into the lush green melaleuca forest, offering stunning scenery. The water's surface is covered in a light green carpet of water hyacinths, like giant carpets covering the entire forest. In the cool air, the boat glides gently, creating an indescribable feeling of exhilaration. Life slows down, and happiness levels noticeably increase. Guests can cast aside the worries of life and enjoy the refreshing feeling of being surrounded by beautiful wild nature. Here, guests can witness tame birds foraging on the green water hyacinths. After a tour, the boat takes guests back to the dock and continues the journey. A small boat takes guests along a unique path through the mangrove forest to the next stop. Here, guests can climb the observation deck to admire the panoramic view of the Tra Su mangrove forest , walk on the dirt path through the mangrove forest to take beautiful photos, and photograph the bridge crossing the canal. Afterwards, they arrive at a restaurant area nestled in the wild, with clusters of small stilt houses nestled in the forest, creating a very romantic atmosphere.

Guests will enjoy a simple, traditional lunch featuring dishes such as grilled snakehead fish or grilled chicken with chili and salt, steamed chicken with pandan leaves, sour fish hotpot, stir-fried water spinach, and braised tilapia with pork... After lunch, a small boat will take guests back to the ferry terminal, concluding the tour of  Tra Su Melaleuca Forest.

The vehicle will take you to Can Tho, the most bustling city in the western part of  the Mekong Delta . Upon arrival in Can Tho , you will check into your hotel.

Enjoy dinner at a restaurant on a Can Tho cruise ship, savoring Western Vietnam specialties and listening to the melodious sounds of traditional folk music on the romantic Hau River … Once the ship docks, guests are free to explore Can Tho at night.

DAY 3 CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET – SOC TRANG – CA MAU CAPE (Eat three meals a day)

From 5:30 AM to 6:00 AM,  you will visit  Cai Rang Floating Market,  one of the busiest and most famous floating markets  in Can Tho . This is a major market for buying, selling, and exchanging goods on the river, especially vegetables, roots, fruits, and seasonal produce. You will return to the hotel for breakfast and check out. Afterwards, you will board the bus and depart for Ca Mau.

Guests will stop at a rest stop for personal hygiene before continuing their journey – Upon arrival in Nam Can, Ca Mau, guests will have lunch and rest…

The tour bus will take you to explore  Ca Mau Cape  – along the way, you can admire the rich mangrove ecosystem… Arriving at Ca Mau Cape  – the sacred southernmost point of Vietnam on the map. You will have the opportunity to see and take souvenir photos at the National Coordinate Marker – GPS 0001, and the Ca Mau Cape symbolic panel . Visit the mangrove ecosystem at  Ca Mau Cape  National Park – a World Biosphere Reserve.  You will receive a red flag t-shirt with a yellow star to check in at the sacred Cape of the Fatherland . You will then return to Ca Mau city to check into your hotel and rest…

Guests will have dinner at the restaurant and are free to explore Ca Mau city at night. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 4 CA MAU – BAC LIEU – CAN THO – HO CHI MINH CITY (Eat two meals)

After breakfast at the hotel and checking out, we'll depart by car to  Bac Lieu  to visit the  Tac Say Church in Gia Rai, Bac Lieu, and pay respects at the tomb of Father Truong Buu Diep – a famous priest considered a saint who bestows blessings upon those who believe and pray. The group will then visit the Bac Lieu Prince's House  – built in 1919, designed by a French engineer, and all the building materials were imported from France. Upon completion, it was considered the most magnificent house in the six provinces of Southern Vietnam at that time. And most importantly, it's the legendary story of the opulent life of Tran  Trinh Huy – known as the "Bac Lieu Prince," a name that is still widely known today. Next on your journey, you will visit the Bac Lieu Wind Farm – considered the largest wind power project in the country, and also the first wind farm in Southeast Asia. Here, you can admire 62 giant turbine towers along the vast ocean…

Afterwards, we depart for  Soc Trang  , where you will visit  Som Rong Pagoda , have lunch at a restaurant, and rest. Then, we continue our journey back to Saigon  …

1. 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM  : Arrive back in Saigon , concluding your  4-day Mekong Delta tour . We bid you farewell and look forward to seeing you on future trips. We wish you good luck and peace. Sincerely!
