DAY 1: SAIGON – MY THO – BEN TRE – CAN THO (Eat three meals a day)
6:00 AM – 6:30 AM: The vehicle and tour guide will pick up guests at the meeting point and depart for My Tho. Begin your 3-day Ca Mau tourism tour . Guests will have breakfast at the Mekong Restop – enjoying the local specialty, My Tho noodle soup . Afterwards, guests will depart for the 30/4 pier and board a boat for sightseeing. The boat will then take guests to visit traditional craft villages, a honey bee farm and bee products such as royal jelly and pollen, a coconut candy factory , a rice paper factory , and a puffed rice factory . Here, guests can see the production models and directly sample the products. The boat will then take guests to a garden house for relaxation, enjoying local fruits , drinking tea, and listening to a performance of Southern Vietnamese folk music . Afterwards, you will go to the pier and take a 20-minute rowing boat ride on the most beautiful canal of Thoi Son islet , under the beautiful mangrove trees, enjoying the authentic scenery of the Mekong Delta with its orchards full of fruit such as durian, rambutan, and mangosteen. You will also experience a horse-drawn carriage ride along the countryside roads… Then, you will continue across the river to a breezy, eco-friendly restaurant on the riverbank.
Guests will enjoy lunch with specialties from the Mekong Delta, and then relax and unwind…
At 2:30 PM, the boat will take you gliding along the vast Tien River, enjoying the cool breezes and admiring the majestic river carrying heavy silt that enriches the Mekong Delta. The boat will dock, after which you will board a vehicle to continue your journey to Can Tho . Upon arrival in Can Tho , you will check into your hotel and rest.
In the evening, guests will enjoy dinner on a Can Tho cruise ship with specialties from the Mekong Delta, cruising on the Hau River while listening to traditional folk music... After the ship docks, guests are free to relax in Can Tho.
DAY 2: CAN THO – SOC TRANG – CA MAU CAPE (Eat three meals a day)
05:00 – 05:05 Guests will visit Cai Rang Floating Market, one of the busiest and most famous floating markets in Can Tho – this is a wholesale market specializing in buying and selling goods on the river, especially vegetables, roots, fruits, and seasonal produce… Guests will return to the hotel for breakfast and check out. Afterwards, guests will board the bus to continue their Ca Mau tour . Guests will stop at a rest stop in Soc Trang to buy local specialties.
Upon arriving in Ca Mau, guests will have lunch at Nam Can Ca Mau restaurant and take a rest.
Guests board the vehicle to continue their Ca Mau tour itinerary, with the next stop being Ca Mau Cape – along the way, enjoy the scenery of the rich mangrove ecosystem… Upon arriving at Ca Mau Cape – the sacred land at the southernmost point of the country. Guests will have the opportunity to see and take souvenir photos at the National Coordinate Marker – GPS 0001 , and the symbol of Ca Mau Cape – a boat sailing out to sea. Guests will admire the panoramic view of Ca Mau Cape , visit the mangrove ecosystem at Ca Mau Cape National Park – a World Biosphere Reserve with rich flora and fauna in the alluvial plains – Guests will be given a red flag t-shirt with a yellow star to check in at the sacred Cape of the Fatherland.
Afterwards, the vehicle will take you back to Ca Mau City to check into your hotel, have dinner, and rest. In the evening, you are free to explore Ca Mau's nightlife and culinary scene.
DAY 3: CA MAU – BAC LIEU – SOC TRANG – SAIGON (Eat three meals a day)
After breakfast at the hotel and checking out, we'll depart by car to Bac Lieu to visit the Tac Say Church in Gia Rai, Bac Lieu, and pay respects at the tomb of Father Truong Buu Diep – a famous priest considered a saint who bestows blessings upon those who believe and pray. The group will then visit the Bac Lieu Prince's House – built in 1919, designed by a French engineer , and all the building materials were imported from France. Upon completion, it was considered the most magnificent house in the six southern provinces at that time. And most importantly, it's the legendary story of the opulent life of Tran Trinh Huy – known as the " Bac Lieu Prince ," a name that is still widely known today. Next on the journey, you will visit the Bac Lieu Wind Farm – considered the largest wind power project in the country, and also the first wind farm in Southeast Asia. Here, you can admire 62 giant turbine towers along the vast ocean… Afterwards, you will depart for Soc Trang to visit Som Rong Pagoda or Chen Kieu Pagoda.
After lunch at the restaurant, guests can rest. Then, the journey back to Saigon continues.
Guests will continue their journey back to Ho Chi Minh City , stopping for a rest at the Cai Be rest stop in Tien Giang province , before continuing their trip. Between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM, the bus will drop guests off in Saigon . This concludes the 3-day, 2-night Ca Mau tour program . We look forward to seeing you again on future tours. Sincerely!
